I have bought once about two years ago. Payment to a bank account in UK and shipment from Swiss.
Shipping cost are pending from order value. No problems in communication and with shipment.
Even a wrong delivery has been fixed quickly.
Not my dealer of first choice but reliable.

I have ordered some hard to find (at the moment, maybe not in the future ) 1g and 3g 2016 gold pandas .... lets see how it goes....after ordering I got a "confirmation mail" but it got the "failed to deliver" status....so I asked at ther email address if my order is confirmed so I can make payment.....no reply....a couple hours later a standard email from the company asking "when they could expect my payment" ?

I replied by telling them that I allready sent them an email asking whether my order got confirmed (I don't want to pay for coins that ultimately are not in stock or sold out.....been there before with (X)eppa.de (what a joke that company)).....since no answer (asked it this morning). So no payment has been made yet.

I got these details on my registration a few years ago. But consider that over Christmas days office might be unoccupied or busy below normal level.

hmmm.....got an email from Jennifer at Suissegold.com......asking on an update of my order because they had not received my money yet... .....I have now replied that I have sent them twice an email, asking for confirmation of my order and that the coins can and will be delivered.....no answers on my questions, only THREE emails from the company asking and wanting their money...but no costumers service...

It is getting fishy I think.

Ordered on the 24th....25th beeing a holiday, then weekend.....the money could never have arrived before tomorrow or the day after.....but hey, suissegold.com is asking on a sunday, an update on my order because they have not received my money yet....

@silberhai....yes, I understand your point.....but I did order those coins and I would like to have them ..... only, I also want it to be correct....so, when I order something, and I get a confirmation mail, I allways pay immediately !
That is why I give the company the benefit of the doubt, untill it is clear that the problem will not solve.

Because I did not get the confirmation email, but something that looked that way, with the 'failed to deliver status'....I was uncomfortable....so I emailed the company asking for confirmation.....finally, today, I got a reply on my emails (3 in total), very short, that my order was confirmed and if I would like to have it 'reconfirmed'

So, today I paid the invoice and hope the coins will ship fast ( ), but if the shipment takes that long as the confirmation email.....I'll have to be patient .

So, I will post any update on the order

it sure does nordmann_de 'Jennifer', you know, the kind lady of the company replied and said that the 'warehouse' will reopen on january the 4th.....it all is strange...'Jennifer', who is working onthe 25th (Xmas) and on last Sunday....tells me that the 'shop' will reopen on the 4th....and when the order will be shipped, I will get a confirmation email with tracking number.....not sure 'when' it will ship, but indeed, it is more promising then before

I am sure all is turning well. The office is understaffed during these days (...only Jenny working hard on your order!). The shipping department is closed until 3rd. Nothing wrong with that. Here many shops are completly closed - no communication at all. The difference ist that most companies are showing that in advance on the site.

ich finde nicht durch, deshalb mal die Frage:
Wie unterscheiden sich die "normalen, nachgeprägten" österreichischen
10 / 20 Kronen Stücke vom Preis her von den wirklich alten Originalmünzen?
Analog dazu: Was dürfen 10/ 20 ungarische Korona so kosten?

Hintergrund:
- bei den Österreichern finde ich nur NPs,
- bei den Ungarn nur Phantasiepreise???
